Maintenance Requests

Effective June 10th 2024 All Maintenance Requests will no longer be submitted through our HOA website, but will be electronically submitted through Specialty Management's Website.  

Please keep in mind all requested must go through the portal and cannot be verbally provided to Kenny, any member of the board or Chelsea with Specialty Management.  We will address all requests in which the order they are received unless deemed an emergency.  Please allow up to 72 hours for all requests that are non-emergencies.

Also, for any reason you have some sort of water leak Barclay Board recommends you call a plumber or suitable company to assist with this type of emergency.
